Reviews common login issues like resetting your password, updating your login email address, and how to log in if you have multiple accounts that use the same email address.

I can’t log in.

  • I forgot my password. If you’ve forgotten your password, head over here.

  • I forgot my email or username. If you can’t remember your login email or username, we may be able to help. To verify that you are the account owner, we’ll need to confirm a few things first.

  • I can no longer access my login email. If you signed up with an old email address you can no longer access, we'll need to confirm that you are the account owner to help you log in. Click here to contact us.

How do I change my login email?

On both desktop and mobile browsers, you can go to your profile image in the upper-right corner, then Settings > Account, and update the email address used for login.

I’m trying to log in with my email, but it keeps taking me to the wrong account!

You probably have multiple accounts set up with the same email address. Try logging in with your username instead. Alternatively, you can link your accounts together via gear > Settings > Linked Accounts.

Would you please change my username for me?

Sorry, it's not possible to change your login username. Luckily, it's not publicly visible, so only you will ever see it.

If you're an artist or label, you can change your subdomain (example.bandcamp.com) via your Profile page.

If you're a fan, you can change your URL (bandcamp.com/example) via gear > Settings > Fan.
