With connected accounts, you can access multiple accounts from one login. If your accounts are connected but you are only seeing one of them, we’ll show you how to switch between them.
If your accounts are not connected, in order to navigate between them, you’ll need to log out of one account, then log back in to the other. If the accounts both use the same login email address, you'll need to log in with your username instead. Some users prefer to keep their accounts separate, but if you want to access both from the same login, step right this way.
My fan account and artist account are already connected.
When you log in with a user account that manages both a fan account and an artist account, you are automatically taken to your artist page view. To switch to your fan account, click on your avatar to reveal the user dropdown menu (if you haven’t uploaded a profile pic, your avatar will be a blue circle).
In the dropdown menu:
Your Fan account will be listed at the top. To access your fan collection, click on the “view collection” link.
To visit your artist page, click on the “view site” link.
You can also access any other connected artist account(s) by clicking on the “Connected Account” link.
If you need to connect any additional accounts, you’ll find instructions here.
Can I choose which artist account that I’m taken to when I first log in?
No, currently, the default artist account you are taken to when you log in can’t be changed.
What if I don’t see a “Connected Accounts” or “view collection” link in the avatar menu?
If you don’t see a fan page or any alternate artist pages available in the dropdown menu, the account you’ve logged into is not connected to any other accounts. Here’s how you can connect multiple accounts to one login.
I have two accounts that are not connected, but they use the same login email, and I’m only able to access one of them.
If you have multiple accounts that are not connected but use the same login email and a similar username, and you can only access one account, let us know.
