My download code is invalid or has already been redeemed.

If your download code is invalid, expired, or already redeemed, click "Contact artist" on their music page to request a new one. Be sure to include your original 8-character code and specify the item you are trying to download in your message.

If your code has expired, you’ll need to contact the artist to request a new one.

To shoot them an email, just click “Contact artist” on the right-hand side of their music page.

Please include your original 8-character code in the message (e.g., “9r8d-ejxb”), and be sure to mention what it is you are trying to download.
