Your Payment Summary, linked from your Tools page, shows your upcoming and recent payouts, going back 30 days. We recommend bookmarking the Payment Summary page and checking it regularly to help you keep track of your sales. For historical payouts and sales information, check out your Sales Reports.
How it works
Click on a payout to expand it and show the included sales. Click on a sale within a payout to view that sale's details.
The Upcoming Payments section lists payouts that are currently being processed and will make their way to you shortly. Sales are grouped into payouts and paid to you every 24-48 hours if you are using Daily Payouts, or on the 1st of the month if you are using Monthly Payouts. Payout timing can be adjusted on your Profile page.
The Recently-completed Payments section lists payouts that have already occurred. These have already been paid out to the PayPal account listed within the payout details and cannot be returned or redirected. You'll need to contact PayPal with the PayPal transaction ID if you are not seeing a listed payout or if it was sent somewhere unexpected.

Why does my payout date keep changing?
This means that PayPal wasn't able to pay your account. Please read through this guide to make sure your PayPal account is able to receive funds. You'll need to contact PayPal if that doesn't clear things up.
Why is a payout listed as In Progress?
Similar to the above, this means PayPal ran into an issue paying your PayPal account. You'll need to check on your PayPal account status to see what the problem may be. In Progress payouts are automatically retried every 30 days. If you update the PayPal email via your Bandcamp Profile page while a payout is In Progress, we'll send the next payout to the new address.
Why was my payout lower than expected?
PayPal charges a 1% payout fee. It’s also possible you had an outstanding revenue share balance, which means we collected a revenue share from a previous sale. More information on that can be found here.
Why did my payout include a sale with a negative amount?
There was probably a refund or PayPal dispute on one of your recent sales. If this is unexpected, you can contact us.
How do I get notified of payouts?
Sales notifications are sent by Bandcamp to your listed PayPal email address, and by push notification if you are using the Artist & Label app for iOS & Android. Payout notifications are sent by PayPal to your listed PayPal email address, and by push notification if you are using the PayPal app.
