If your credit card has been declined, there are a few steps you should take to complete your purchase.
- Check that your credit card number and CVV code are correct
- If your credit card information seems correct, try heading to your Settings and re-entering your saved payment information
- If using the Bandcamp app, make sure you are using an updated version
If you’re still having issues after trying the above steps, we recommend checking with your credit card provider. If the situation cannot be resolved with them, try completing your purchase with PayPal.
