I’m unhappy with the audio quality of my download. What should I do?

Artists and labels upload their own files. If there are audio issues, such as pops or incorrect tracks, use the "Contact" link on their page to request a fix. Once they replace the files, your downloads and streams will update automatically.

All audio files uploaded to Bandcamp by artists and labels must meet our upload requirements. Files must be at least 16-bit, 44.1 kHz, lossless (WAV, AIFF, or FLAC) in stereo to ensure fans can purchase music at the highest available quality. However, from time to time, we’ve seen issues crop up with the files that artists upload: sometimes the tracks are in the wrong order, duplicated, missing, or contain unintended blips and cracks.

If you’re encountering a problem with the original files, reach out to the artist to request they check and, if necessary, replace the audio files.

If you already purchased a digital copy, your download link and streams will automatically update to the new files.

To contact the artist, click the “Contact” link at the bottom right of their page.
