If you don’t want the inventory level of an item to be synced with Shopify’s anymore, you can unsync that item.
To unsync an item individually, find the item in the Synced Merch page and select Unsync.
To unsync all items, select Disable and Unsync from the Enable quantity autosync for all merch items section at the top of the Synced Merch page.
Important: once you unsync an item, the quantity remaining on Bandcamp will be left as it currently is. We do not store or reset items to what they were before synchronization.
Uninstalling
You can uninstall the Bandcamp Shopify Sync app from the Tools page on Bandcamp or from youor Shopify store via the Settings/Apps menu on Shopify. Uninstalling will unsync all synced items, leaving the inventory levels on Bandcamp at their last synced value.
To uninstall from Bandcamp: go to the Tools page (which you can get to via the drop down menu at the top right under your profile picture), scroll down to the Shopify store section, click uninstall, and confirm when prompted.
To uninstall from Shopify: go to your store and from the Settings menu, select Apps and sales channels. From the list on the right, select Bandcamp. Then from the “…” menu in the top right, select uninstall. Click uninstall again in the dialog box.
Please note that we do not keep or use any data, personal or otherwise, that Shopify sends during installation or syncing.
