First off, is your account activated? You can check if your account is activated by following any artist or by adding any item to your wishlist: if it's not activated, you will be prompted to verify your email. Here's what to do if you don't get the verification email.
Otherwise, you probably bought the music using a different email address. Linking an alternate payment email is easy: log into your account and visit gear > Settings > Fan. Purchases made under linked payment emails will display in your collection. Magic!
