A note about worldwide vinyl manufacturing and shipping delays: Bandcamp artists and labels are responsible for fulfilling and shipping merch. Global delays in vinyl manufacturing and shipping are affecting sellers across the world differently, meaning the best way to find out if your order will be delayed is to contact the seller directly. Click the "Contact" link on the lower righthand side of their Bandcamp page to get in touch.
To update your address for any open, unshipped orders, please use the "change address" links found on your Order Details page, which is linked from the email receipt we sent for your purchase. If you have a fan account, you'll also be able to access your order details from your Purchases page.
For any orders that have already shipped or with an estimated shipping date that has passed, we won't display a "change address" link and it won't always be possible to make changes. To see if you can still make updates to those orders, you'll need to reach out to the seller directly, since they'll be handling shipping and fulfillment. Just click the "order help" links on your Order Details page to get started, or click the "contact" link on the seller's Bandcamp page.
If you have made a purchase while logged into your fan account, you may have opted to save the address to use for future orders. To update that saved address, just click the "change default shipping address" button under the Default Shipping Address tab in your Settings:
To remove the saved address from your account, just click the “Delete Address” link.
