If you haven’t received your record yet, we’d first recommend checking the estimated delivery date on the campaign page – you’ll find that information just below the description. We’ll also send tracking numbers to all North American pledgers via email, which should include more concrete estimates. If the expected delivery date has come and gone, and you still don’t have your vinyl, please get in touch with our support team here.
If you received your record, but it didn’t survive the trip unscathed, just let us know and we’ll send out a replacement. Any photos or videos of the damaged record (and its mailer, if applicable) would be greatly appreciated.
