How do I send a gift?
Beneath each “Buy” button you will see a “Send as gift” button, like so:
Can I send a gift to another fan, or to someone whose email I don’t know?
If the item is in the fan’s wishlist, yes! Visit their account, view their “wishlist” tab, hover over the item you want to send and you’ll see a “send as gift” link.
Can I schedule my gift?
Not at the moment, sorry.
My recipient hasn’t received their gift yet. Help!
Whether it was the wrong email address, a typo, or your giftee’s overzealous spam filter, just let our support team know the correct address to which we can resend the gift and we’ll take care of it.
Can I send multiple gifts in the same transaction?
Sure! After you've confirmed the giftee’s email, click “Add to cart” to get back to the item, and click “Send as gift” again to enter your next recipient’s info. When you’ve got all your gifts ready to go, click “Checkout” to complete your purchase.
Can I gift merch? Does it come with a digital download?
Yep! Just click the “Send as Gift” link under the merch item, and then enter the recipient’s email and shipping address. If the item comes with a digital copy, the download link will be included in the giftee message.
Not sure if there’s a download? You can check the item’s description or message the seller directly by clicking the “Contact” link on their Bandcamp page.
Can I send my own music as a gift?
Our "Send as Gift" feature is for your fans to buy your music as a gift for other people. You shouldn't purchase your own releases, so to send your music to some of your fans for free, please use track/album codes instead.
