How do I cancel my Pro subscription, and what’s your refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Account Details section of your Profile page. Navigate to the menu, select "edit profile" and then “cancel Pro subscription.”
Once you cancel, your Pro features will continue to work up through the month for which you’ve paid. We don’t issue partial refunds for unused time in a month, but you will not be charged the following month.
And what happens to the various Pro features after my subscription is cancelled or expires?
Please note, your existing releases and/or merch items will not be removed. Any uploaded tracks that are above 600 megs will also not be removed from fan’s collections and will still be purchasable.
However, with the return to a basic artist account, you will lose the ability to:
- Access batch upload.
- Disable streaming (any streaming-disabled tracks will switch to streaming).
- Invite people to privately stream your tracks and albums. (Any existing invites will continue to work).
- Upload video and any existing videos will no longer appear on your page.
- Use a custom domain (if configured - it will stop working).
- View updated Google Analytics stats. (If you’ve connected Google Analytics to your Bandcamp account, data will not be collected).
- View your location and referrer data for your sales (as this will stop being collected).
You can always re-subscribe to Bandcamp Pro via your Profile page.
