Bandcamp offers three different reports to help you track and manage your sales and revenues: the revenue summary report (which focuses on key sales data), the payout statement (which breaks down bulk payouts from Bandcamp to you), and the raw data report (our legacy sales report, which contains a level of additional detail that may exceed some people's needs and patience). These can be exported from your Tools page.
Revenue summary report
Use this report to easily determine how much you netted over a given date range from sales of a specific release, or your entire catalog. Included are key totals like gross revenue (total sales before fees), net revenue (how much you made, after fees), shipping, tax, and more. If you’ve added UPCs, ISRCs, or catalog numbers on your release editor pages, those will appear in this report, too.
Payout statement
Use this statement to see which Bandcamp sales are included in the bulk payouts sent to your PayPal account, and to review a snapshot of running balances for a given date range. Information on recent and upcoming payouts is visible on your Payments Summary page, accessible via your Tools page.
If you use Standard Payments, as most accounts do, physical merchandise sales will not be included in the payout statement, since physical sales are paid directly from the fan to your PayPal account without first flowing through Bandcamp. Learn more about how our payment system works.
Raw data report
Use this report to see a detailed chronological report containing all of your sales data. Each line represents the sale of an item from your store, a payout from Bandcamp to you, or a sale reversal. Learn more about how to read your raw data sales report.
