For digital sales (or physical sales through Enhanced Payments), we will re-send your money to the PayPal email listed on your Profile page 30 days after our first attempt (and keep re-trying until there is a valid PayPal account to accept the money). Make sure you update the PayPal email listed on your Profile page (here's how), and that you’ve followed the instructions on this page to ensure your account is set up correctly to receive sales. Visit your Payments Summary page to check when you’ll receive your next payout.
For physical sales using our Standard Payments system, funds go directly into your PayPal account. If there is no valid PayPal account to accept the money for 30 days, the funds will be returned to the buyer. We recommend you get in touch with PayPal to ask about your options.
