Can I use Shipstation for my merch orders?

Yes! We allow Artist and Label accounts to connect with Shipstation and pull incoming orders directly from Bandcamp into your Shipstation account.

For Artist accounts: Navigate to Settings > Shipstation and then click “Request Credentials.” The credentials will then be displayed.

For Label accounts: This feature is automatically enabled when you sign up or convert your Artist account to a Label account. Navigate to Settings > Shipstation to view your credentials.
