You can stream a pre-recorded video from software like OBS but there isn’t a way to upload a video to our live stream service. If you do stream a pre-recorded video, we would highly encourage you to be active in the live chat and introduce the video personally to give fans some of the live experience. We would also recommend that you be upfront with fans in the event description and let them know it has been pre-recorded so there is no confusion.
Can I upload a pre-recorded show instead of a live stream?
Yes! You can use a pre-recorded show. To do it, you’ll need streaming software like OBS (or another video encoder) to send your video as a live stream. Just load your video into the software, and it will play for fans at the scheduled time.
