To download tracks and albums to listen offline in the app, there are two options. First, you can open the album and click "Download" in the music player itself.
Or you can press and hold an album image on your collection page to bring up a floating menu and download from there.
The download will only be available within the Fan app. For more info on downloading to your phone's native storage, head this way.
