Only buyers with a Fan account will appear in the “supported by” section of the item they bought.

Additional requirements:

  • They must have a profile photo uploaded to their account and/or

  • They must have at least four purchases, which we’ll use to generate an album cover grid for their profile photo.

Other considerations:

  • If a buyer sends the item as a gift to another user, the buyer’s fan icon will appear in “supported by” (rather than the gift recipient’s). That’s because the buyer technically and financially supported the artist.

  • If a buyer purchases a single track from an album, their icon will only appear on the track, not the album level.

  • If a buyer uses a download code, this will count as “supported by”

  • Please note that there may also be a slight delay before new supporters appear.

What if a “supported by” review is missing?

  • The same review was added to a similar item or a different release. (Please keep it original - the artist and other fans will appreciate that!)

  • The use of special characters or specific languages
