We do recommend a PayPal Business account so that there are no restrictions on transaction volume.
Please note: Bandcamp has begun transitioning to a new payment system (powered by Stripe). The rollout is happening in several stages, and we’re continuing to work on the new payment structure while listening to and addressing the feedback we’ve received. For the time being, PayPal remains the only way to be paid out.
To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any interruptions to your payouts, we recommend updating to the new payment system as soon as possible after we get in touch with you with onboarding details.
