Visit your Profile page and click the link that says “permanently delete this account“, linked in blue.
Not seeing the link?
Is your artist account linked to a label? If so, contact the label to request that they unlink your account from their label account.
Once they've done so, you will see the option to permanently delete your account, as shown in the image below.
