What can you buy with a gift card?
A gift card can be used to buy all digital content priced in British pounds, Japanese yen, euros, and US, Canadian, or Australian dollars. Gift cards can also be used to purchase some physical items. Look for this icon on the seller’s Bandcamp page or in the buy dialog for details. Please note that gift cards can be used on the web, but not yet in the Bandcamp app.
My recipient hasn’t received their gift card. Help!
Tell the recipient to check their spam folder first. {% if is_fan %} If the gift card email is still missing, you can resend it via your Purchases page (linked in your user menu dropdown). {% endif %} If the gift card went to the wrong email address, let us know.
How can I check my gift card balance?
You can find your gift card balance in a few places after logging in to your fan account:
- At the top right of your screen next to the Notifications icon
- On the Redeem page
- At the bottom of the Thank You message after a purchase
