Do you have a Fan account?
If yes, first make sure you're logged in, then try again. Still expired? Chances are the email you used to purchase the item is not linked to your Fan account, so the downloads are not auto-extending as they should. Go to gear > Settings > Fan to link any alternate payment emails you may have used. Click the verification link we email to you (check your spam if the email is not showing up in your inbox). Then, try downloading again from your Collection page. Voila! No more expired downloads.
If no, enter the email you used to purchase the item on the expired download page to receive a refreshed link. If you forget which email that might be, try all your other emails (school email, work email, old embarrassing high school email, etc.).
