Fear not. We will re-send your money to the PayPal email listed on your Profile page 30 days after our first attempt (and keep re-trying until there is a valid PayPal account to accept the money). Make sure you update the PayPal email listed on your Profile page (here's how), and that you’ve followed the instructions on this page to ensure your account is set up correctly to receive sales. Visit your Payments Summary page to check when you’ll receive your next payout.
Please note: Bandcamp has begun transitioning to a new payment system (powered by Stripe). The rollout is happening in several stages and we will begin processing payments under this new structure in 2026. For the time being, PayPal remains the only way to be paid out. To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any interruptions to your payouts, we recommend updating to the new payment system as soon as possible after we get in touch with you with onboarding details.
