This occurs when your wallet dips below what your refunding trigger and the shipping label you want to purchase is either manual or larger than a single “autoreload”. When this occurs, you’ll need to add more funds to your wallet, either with a One Time Funding or by increasing the size of the Auto Load setting:

This can mean a variety of things, for instance, that EasyPost is verifying your funding source with their credit card processor.

In these cases, we recommend that you contact EasyPost support. They will typically ask you for the API key that’s connecting your EasyPost account to Bandcamp as a means of finding the failed transaction. You can copy your API key for them from Account Settings > API Keys > Production > Copy

Bandcamp works best with EasyPost’s default “wallet carriers” because they use the same, standard communication format. However, for international shipping, the default carriers are spotty at best. If you attempt to ship to a destination that the default carriers don’t support, you’ll encounter an error similar to the following:

“No shipping rates found for this combination of origin and destination.”

Future versions of Bandcamp will support EasyPost’s “Bring Your Own Carrier” accounts. If you already have your own account with a shipping carrier, you can try them with Bandcamp by linking them to your EasyPost account, but results are not guaranteed, as these accounts have their specialized communications format. (Also note that you must link them to an EasyPost account you signed up for via Bandcamp.)
